NDs use evidence-informed approaches and therapies including nutrition, lifestyle counselling, herbal medicine, supplements, acupuncture, and functional lab testing to address root causes of health concerns.

  • Naturopathic medicine emphasizes prevention, lifestyle, and natural therapies, supporting your overall wellness. NDs and MDs complement each other, and I collaborate with conventional healthcare providers as needed to ensure safe, coordinated care.

  • No referral is needed. You can book directly.

  • Yes, I offer naturopathic care virtually (by phone or secure video) for residents of New Brunswick. You can choose whichever option is easiest and most comfortable for you.

  • Initial consultations are 60 minutes in length. Follow-up visits are usually 30–45 minutes, depending on your needs.

  • Many extended health plans include coverage for naturopathic care, and I offer direct billing to most insurance providers.

    Receipts are also provided for any services you pay for directly, which you can submit to your insurance company.

    Please note that acupuncture may be billed under a separate coverage category depending on your plan.
