Meet the ND

Before becoming a naturopathic doctor, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at Simon Fraser University in BC. I started out in a microbiology lab, but quickly realized I wanted to work with people (not just petri dishes) and bring real support to those navigating their health journeys. That’s what led me to naturopathic medicine.

I earned my four-year Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. I’m licensed by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), and I’m a member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), the Ontario Association Of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), and the New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NBAND).

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me moving my body any way I can, whether that’s dancing (I was a competitive dancer for years), lifting weights, or getting outside for a walk. I also value rest and slow moments, especially if they involve a cozy blanket, tea, and a good TV show or book (even if it takes me three months to finish one). I bring that same balance of energy and ease into my practice.

Originally from the small town of Port Hope, Ontario, I’ve lived across Canada, from the West Coast to the Maritimes. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in empowerment, community, and lifting each other up.

Hi, I’m Dr. Nicole, ND
